Responsible Treks Pvt. Ltd. is an adventure travel company, therefore, under any circumstances, is not responsible or liable for any unforeseen situations like, accident, damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, personal injury or illness, excess luggage charges, losses incurred by rerouting, inclement weather, floods, political disruptions, strikes, riots and other disturbances are of personal expenditure.
The trip participant hereby assumes all such risk and does hereby release Responsible Treks, its ground suppliers, agents and guides from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these risks inherent in travel, visiting foreign destinations, and participating in adventurous activities such as those included in our tour itineraries.
If any complaints should occur, they should be cleared before departure.
Prices are valid as mentioned per offer. Responsible Treks reserves the right to change the prices due to possible considerable increased costs by changes in the rates of foreign currencies, in local taxes or permits, in local price levels or due to certain local government measures.
All the staff working at responsible treks has insurance. We strongly recommend all the tour and trek participants should obtain their own personal insurance which covers accidents, health, emergency evacuation and loss or damage to personal effects. If you do not have insurance, you should accept responsibility to cover all medical expenses incurred and costs involved in getting you to a medical facility.

Payment and refund policy
Confirmation of your booking
When you book this trip, we typically require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. However, your tour manager may adjust the deposit amount to meet the specific requirements of your trip.
Once you put down the deposit, we will be able to move forward with confirmations for hotels, transfers, and activities for your trip. The deposit is non-refundable.
Your final payment
The final payment is typically due one months prior to the start of your trip, but this date may be adjusted by your Tour Manager.
If your departure date is within a-month, we require full payment at the time of booking, and all payments will be non-refundable.
Credit card payment attracts additional 3.5% fee. We accept the payment from traveler’s account only. However, we reserve the right to refuse certain form of payment. Wire transfer fees are to be borne by the traveler.
Responsible treks understand the importance of your privacy. We are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. When you buy services from us as a customer, or contact us, we use the information from customers to correctly process our sales and to improve our ability to understand our customer’s needs.
Responsible treks. stores e-mail, passport number, phone numbers and physical addresses when a customer does business with us or contacts us. When a customer makes a purchase, except for credit card details, information supplied on the purchase order is passed to Responsible treks. Such information is used for processing orders, and possibly for later contact when Responsible treks have new products which may be of interest to customers. We do not sell, give away, or distribute email addresses, physical addresses or phone/mobile numbers.
Payment for orders is handled through our bank and credit card merchant accounts. No credit card details (credit card number, expiration date) are ever stored by Responsible Treks.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology that are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. However, cookies and tracking technology will not collect personal information; however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information.
